Each and every item of Mysaclay are handcrafted and uniquely made, returns and exchange for no valid reason (ex. Change of mind) are not accepted. 

We are doing our best to ensure that all your items are carefully and safely packed and sometimes accidents happen throughout the shipping process which is beyond our control.
