Terms for Custom Orders and Pre-orders

  • Please understand that each Mysaclay piece/s are handmade and handpainted, and handmade items, by nature, have imperfections. Although we are thorough, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item will look a little different from the next.
  • Our pieces have natural and unique imperfections produced with full of love and care.
  • Prices for custom pieces may vary based on specifications.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your custom order.
  • Modifications to the initial design may incur additional charges.
  • I reserve the right to decline or modify custom orders based on feasibility.
  • Rush orders and designs from other artists’ works will not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs for custom orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Pre-order leadtime is between 1.5 -2 months from the start of production. 
  • Because of the unpredictability of clay, sometimes pieces do not survive the firing process, hence, we need to redo the piece from the start (if need be).
  • 50% Downpayment is required to reserve your slot and to start the production. No cancellation of orders.
  • 50% full payment is required before shipping the custom/pre-order.
  • Refunds or exchanges for custom orders are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
