Frequently ask questions.

1. What materials do your pieces consist of?
- Each Mysa Clay piece is made of high quality stoneware clay that is entirely crafted by me.

2. Are the pieces food / microwave / dishwashing safe?
- The pieces are safe for food use unless otherwise indicated.
- The pieces are microwave and dishwashing safe. However, to retain the quality of your piece and ensure longevity, hand-washing is recommended. Avoid moving items between extreme hot or cold environments such as an oven or freezer, as this could cause thermal shock and result in fragility and cracking and/or breakage.

3. How long does it take to make a piece?
- Quality craftmanship requires time and attention. A single piece involves a deliberate and meticulous process. From hand building or wheel throwing, ensuring adequate and slow drying time, to hand painting and firing it (bisque and glaze firing), the completion of order make take up to one and a half month or two.

4. Where are you located?
- My home studio is located in Sta. Mesa, Manila.

5. Do you accept custom orders or pre-orders?
- I occasionally open limited slots for custom orders or pre-orders. Feel free to reach out to me on instagram at anytime to initiate a discussion about your order.

6. What are you modes of payment?
- I only accept payments through Gcash and BDO bank transfer.

7. What shipping arrangements so you offers?
- The buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping fee.

For Metro Manila Buyers - Buyers will be responsible for the shipping. You can pick it up in person, or you can book your preferred courier. Therefore, the “free” shipping is indicated as you check-out on the website.

For Provincial Buyers - I will personally arrange the delivery through Gogoxpress only. Shipping fee will be collection upon the arrival of the parcel.
